Returns and Refunds Policy

​Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on CDs within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

Condition Requirements

• Unopened CDs (still in original packaging) are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

• Opened CDs may only be returned if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

• CDs showing signs of misuse, wear, or damage not caused during shipping or due to manufacturing defects are not eligible for return.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your CD arrives damaged or does not play correctly:

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• A replacement or refund will be offered once the issue has been verified.

• In some cases, the defective item may need to be returned for inspection.

• Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Promotional CDs

• Clearance or final sale items

• Digital downloads or bundled digital content

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact The Sound Therapy Alchemist to request a return.

2. You will be provided with return instructions.

3. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.​​
