What to Expect

Your One-to-One Session

A standard session lasts approximately 60 minutes, beginning with a thorough consultation to ensure your treatment is bespoke to your current emotional and physical needs.

The Technique: You remain fully clothed, resting comfortably. Healing energy is channeled through a light, non-intrusive touch or by hovering the hands slightly above the body, according to your preference.

The Experience: Most clients report a profound sense of peace. You may feel warmth or tingling sensations as the energy works to realign your biofield.

The Journey: Healing is a process of unfolding. After your session, we can agree on a frequency—weekly, fortnightly, or monthly—that supports your ongoing personal transformation.
