Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

 

We accept returns on CDs within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:

 

Condition Requirements

 

Unopened CDs (still in original packaging) are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

 

Opened CDs may be returned only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

CDs that show signs of misuse, wear, or damage not caused by shipping or manufacturing defects are not eligible for return.

 

Defective or Damaged CDs

 

If your CD arrives damaged or does not play properly:

 

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

 

We will offer a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

 

A return of the defective CD may be required. Buyer pays return postage

Digital downloads or bundled digital content

You will receive return instructions - buyer pays return postage

 

Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
